Exhibitor testimonials – We are AGRITECHNICA

Aussteller über Herausforderungen und Chancen zum Leitthema Touch Smart Efficiency.

"We can see how important the topic of digital technologies is for agriculture in the increased cost pressure, the labour shortage and the extreme weather conditions of today. At AGRITECHNICA 2025, we would like to discuss with customers and industry representatives how we can tackle these challenges together."

Christoph Grimme, Managing Director of GRIMME Landmaschinenfabrik GmbH & Co. KG

We see the importance of digital technologies for agriculture in the increased cost pressure, the labour shortage and the extreme weather conditions of today. We want to promote efficiency in all areas of the value chain with automation and intelligent assistance systems in our machines that make life easier for the driver.

With this in mind, we would like to use AGRITECHNICA 2025 to engage in dialogue with customers and industry representatives on how we can tackle these challenges together. The trade fair offers an ideal starting point for this.

"In the competition for innovation, however, we must never forget our roots and our down-to-earth attitude: The future needs origin. We at CLAAS have been represented at DLG trade fairs for over 100 years. We are therefore delighted that AGRITECHNICA has always remained a "family reunion" of the agricultural sector despite all the changes and technological progress."

Jan-Hendrik Mohr, CEO CLAAS Group

Efficiency has always played a key role in agriculture. While technological advances used to be driven primarily by engineering innovations, today and in the future, connectivity, digitalisation and automation are increasingly setting the pace. "Smart machines" are increasingly being used on farms, which generate valuable conclusions by collecting, exchanging and utilising data, thereby making work easier for our customers in many respects and at the same time enabling more sustainable management.

The AGRITECHNICA guiding theme "Touch Smart Efficiency" summarises the transformation to intelligent machines, AI-based processes and sustainable procedures - without forgetting people. "The Human Touch", the human connection to the most valuable resource, the soil, but also to plants and animals, enables the production of high-quality food and renewable energy sources in the future with state-of-the-art technological solutions and is therefore also the focus of AGRITECHNICA. As the world's leading trade fair for agricultural technology, it remains the most important hub for our highly innovative sector even in the age of digitalisation and, as a presence trade fair, enables personal exchange between practice, research and industry in a special way. It is an international flagship for our innovative European and German agricultural technology sector.

In view of the shortage of skilled labour, cost pressure and climatic challenges, we as agricultural machinery manufacturers are called upon to offer our customers practical and economical solutions. More output in shorter time frames, less labour, greater precision, support for drivers through automation and autonomy and relief for farmers and contractors through automated documentation. The focus is also on sustainability and efficiency, for example through reduced energy input, alternative fuels and drives, less wear and tear and less maintenance. These are all topics that are in CLAAS' specifications for AGRITECHNICA 2025.

In the competition for innovation, however, we must never forget our roots, our down-to-earth attitude: The future needs origin. We at CLAAS have been represented at DLG trade fairs for over 100 years. We are therefore delighted that AGRITECHNICA has always remained a "family reunion" of the agricultural sector despite all the changes and technological progress.

Our agricultural sector has always been strongly characterised by the combination of tradition and innovation and by long-term, trusting relationships, with numerous family businesses as the backbone of both rural areas and medium-sized agricultural businesses. Because we can only overcome the many challenges of the future together with them.

"At AGRITECHNICA, we want to encourage farmers to look to the future. All concerned will be given new food for thought and extend their network in dialogue with farmers."

Nicola Lemken, LEMKEN GmbH & Co. KG Partner

With its guiding theme of 'Touch Smart Efficiency', AGRITECHNICA 2025 will be providing modern farming with an important impetus. Rethinking is needed in arable farming in the light of current environmental conditions and statutory regulations. New ideas are intended to serve as stimuli and topics for discussion. Only this enables pioneering innovations to be discovered.

Solutions for individual farms are now required rather than general arable or crop production concepts. Farmers' toolboxes have to contain a wide range of tools, be it seeds, technology or crop protection, that they can use under consideration of good professional practice. Digital products should also be standard equipment in the future in order to make day-to-day work more effective and profitable, as they provide an overview in a simple manner.

Thinking about the future today: how can smart technologies make arable farming more sustainable and productive? At AGRITECHNICA 2025, LEMKEN will be presenting technical solutions for soil tillage, sowing and crop maintenance that make an important contribution to profitable farming. Added to these are innovative digital solutions – from apps to full automation. Increasing digitalisation and automation in combination with simple handling play a crucial role in this, but a change overnight is unrealistic.

It is important to us to involve farmers early on and to inform them about the opportunities and limitations in order to avoid repeating past mistakes. Digitalisation is a much-discussed topic and its advantages need to become tangible and usable for farmers. LEMKEN's goal is to become 'Your Partner for Next Level Farming': this stands for further development and therefore for the structuring and introduction of new solutions to enable economic success.

At AGRITECHNICA, we want to encourage farmers to look to the future. All concerned will be given new food for thought and extend their network in dialogue with farmers.

"AGRITECHNICA offers us an outstanding platform for engaging in dialogue directly with our customers – farmers, contractors and biogas plant operators – and for discussing solutions that are fit for the future."

Bernard Krone, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Bernard KRONE Holding SE & Co. KG

Each and every year, AGRITECHNICA impresses with its professionalism and is THE reference when it comes to obtaining information about future technologies. It also offers an outstanding platform for the international exchange of know-how and for extending one's personal network. Our group travel participants will be using AGRITECHNICA not only as an inexhaustible source of information, but also as an opportunity both to find new business partners for entering the Brazilian market together and as a unique shopping centre for agricultural machinery. Particularly with regard to the guiding theme of 'Green Productivity', AGRITECHNICA will be offering outstanding opportunities for making agricultural production in Brazil even more sustainable. We, meaning our roughly 25-person group of visitors from Brazil, are looking forward to another unforgettable AGRITECHNICA and to successful business.
