Working together for more sustainability
Sustainable management is a guiding principle in the organisation and staging of the world's largest agricultural trade fair. As the organiser of AGRITECHNICA, the DLG therefore focuses on climate-, environment- and resource-friendly measures in its cooperation with partners, exhibitors and visitors. The focus is on energy, waste management, logistics, mobility and catering.
The cooperation with WeReforest e.V., a non-profit organisation that supports forest owners in the conversion and establishment of climate-stable, sustainable mixed forests, gives exhibitors and visitors the opportunity to reduce their ecological footprint.

What we can achieve together
With €1 per regularly sold visitor ticket and €0.50 per regularly sold square metre of exhibition space at AGRITECHNICA 2025, we are supporting WeReforest e.V.
By supporting the non-profit organisation WeReforest e.V., exhibitors and visitors have the opportunity to promote climate protection and support forest owners in the reforestation of their forest areas in Germany. The aim of the work of WeReforest e.V. is to establish climate-stable and sustainable mixed forests of deciduous and coniferous wood and thus make an active contribution to climate protection.
Make a voluntary donation to supportCO2-reducing forestry projects in Germany and offset the climate and environmental impact caused by organising, travelling to and participating in the trade fair.
Buy Green Tickets (visitor tickets) via the AGRITECHNICA ticket shop. One tree is planted per Green Ticket as part of the WeReforest e.V. projects. Local, regional and traceable directly in Germany.
