Room 3B, Convention Center (CC), Hanover Trade Fair Grounds
Simultaneous interpretation (German/Ukrainian)

As part of the implementation of the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement, the Ukrainian government has also already made progress in the agricultural sector. Plant production has experienced a stable development in recent years and the Ukraine has risen to become a leading exporter of agricultural raw materials. At the same time, important reform projects remain on the agenda. The focus of these project lies primarily in the area of state land administration, in the promotion of efficient operating structures and in the introduction of EU quality and safety standards. In the long term, reliable basic conditions in these and other key areas of agricultural policy will promote investments and contribute to the further development of international trade.

The contribution of the Ukrainian and international agricultural industry to the implementation of this reform project is of vital importance in this context. At the discussion event representatives from Ukrainian agriculture will present their visions for the sustainable development of agriculture and will submit proposals for the further development of bilateral cooperation. These proposals are then to be expanded on in a subsequent panel discussion.

The admission ticket for Agritechnica 2017 entitles holders to participate.
