Invitation service and tickets

With a direct approach and personal invitation, you can reach the right customers for your stand.

Invite your existing customers, new customers and partners to AGRITECHNICA 2019 and use vouchers as an effective and inexpensive advertising to draw attention to your stand.

How it works

  • Place your voucher order in the Exhibitor Service Center
  • E-vouchers can be sent directly to your customers via e-mail through our Ticket Service Center (TSC)
  • Paper vouchers are sent to you by post. Hand over the paper vouchers personally to your customers or send them through postal delivery.
  • All vouchers must be registered online before the start of AGRITECHNICA.
  • Only through the successful online registration, the voucher can be redeemed into a valid e-ticket
  • Ticket registration is to be carried out personally by your customers.
  • After the trade fair you will only be charged for the vouchers used on-site.
  • The data of the registered visitors are immediately available online in the Ticket Service Center (TSC) - you can use them for your marketing activities before, during and after the trade fair.
