What are the advantages of visitor vouchers?
- Use the email campaign tool directly through the Ticket Service Center or download registration links (in an Excel file) to inviteyour customers via your own system.
- Receive updated data from your visitors, which you can use to address them before, during and after the trade fair.
- See in real time which visitors have followed your invitation.
Only tickets used on site will be billed to you after the show.
How it works
- You can access the Ticket Service Center via the Exhibitor Service Portal.
- You can start directly with an invitation campaign, as we have already preset a ticket contingent for you.
- You can order additional vouchers (e.g. for the preview days) via the Ticket Service Center.
- Before, during and after the trade fair, you can see in the TSC who accepted your invitation and you can export the data at any time.
- After the trade fair, you will receive an invoice from us for the tickets used for admission on site.
