Invitation management  DLG-Mixie-Points  Scan2Lead 

Invitation management

You can order vouchers via the Ticket Service Center (TSC). You can access the TSC via the Exhibitor Service Portal under "Service Orders" > "Tickets, car park, lead tracking & visitor survey" > "Inviting visitors".

You can order vouchers from the Ticket Service Center at any time even during the trade fair and send them directly via "Invite visitors". Paper vouchers can be ordered until October 27th, 2023. These will then be sent to you by post within 5 - 10 working days.

You will only be billed for vouchers if they are use  on site (scanned at the entrance). Ordering or registering vouchers does not incur any costs.

We have set this contingent for you in advance so that you can test the invitation management tool directly. The vouchers can be redeemed for a one-day ticket for a visit between November 14th  - 18th. Registering the vouchers is free of charge. You will only have to pay them if the tickets are used on site for entry.

You get send invitations by e-mail through the campaign tool under "Invite visitors". Instructions can be found here.

Via "Invite visitors" you can either send invitations by e-mail or download registration links and codes. To do this, use the "Provide Registration Codes" campaign type. In the next step you can choose a contingent and specify the number of registration codes required.

You can view all visitor data under "Visitor Ticket overview". There you can resend invitations or change the email address.

DLG-Mixie-Points

You can create DLG Mixie Points via the Mixie Portal. You can access the Mixie Portal via the Exhibitor Service Portal under "Service orders" > "Tickets, car park, lead tracking & visitor survey" > "Lead generation using DLG-Mixie-Points".

In the Mixie Portal you will find on the left the item "Mixie Point Management".  There you can easily create DLG-Mixie-Points and add files via drag & drop. Instructions can be found here.

The creation of DLG-Mixie-Points is free of charge for you. After the fair, you can decide whether you want to upgrade the basic package and buy the generated leads. Initially, you will only see the names of the people who scanned your DLG-Mixie-Points. You can purchase the contact data for 2 euros per lead after the fair.

You can create an unlimited number of DLG-Mixie-Points free of charge.

All common file formats are permitted (e.g. Tables, Word documents, PDFs, presentations, image, language and video files).

Of course, just click on "Add link". Make sure the link starts with https:// beginnt.

The visitor is shown the language version that is set as the language in his or her smartphone. If this version is not available, then he or she sees the English version. If you have not stored an English version either, the visitor will see the language version created first.

You can update the stored documents at any time, even after the trade fair. The visitor always sees the latest version in the app. The QR code itself remains unchanged and does not have to be printed out again.

You can create up to 3 questions per survey. You can choose between multiple, single or free field answers.

In principle, you can create DLG-Mixie-Points at any time. However, we recommend that you create all DLG-Mixie-Points by November 4th, 2023. All DLG-Mixie-Points created by then will be brought directly to your stand on the last two days of set-up in DIN A4 format. DLG-Mixie-POints created after that date can be picked up at our service point in the Information Center (IC) room 00.112. DLG-Mixie-Points can be updated at any time without having to reprint the QR code.

Since the DLG-Mixie-Points will be offered for the first time this year at AGRITECHNICA 2023, we are relying on a uniform design for better recognition by visitors.

We will be happy to print out the DLG-Mixie-Points you have created in DIN A4 format or on stickers in DIN A6 format. If you have other wishes, please contact us: leadmanagement@dlg.org.

You can also get DLG-Mixie-Points in DIN A6 format as stickers from us on site. You are welcome to contact us in advance by e-mail or at our service point in the Information Center (IC) room 00.112 on the last two set-up days.

Once the app has been downloaded, certain features of the app can be used without internet access. The scanner for the DLG Mixie Points can also be opened offline, but the scanned files are only displayed as soon as the internet is available again.

During and after the fair you can find your leads in the Mixie portal under "Sales Leads Center". There you can also purchase all leads including contact email until December 15, 2023. You cannot buy individual leads, only all leads in bulk. The leads are invoiced after the trade fair with the other additional services.

When registering for the event, we inform all participants about the use and transfer of data. The data is only transfered if the service is used voluntarily by scanning a DLG-Mixie-Point with the app. Scanning is considered a consent. This allows you to use the data to address the visitor after the trade fair and to provide information about scanned products and services. For further use, for example in a newsletter, you need a separate consent from the visitor.

The interest score is made up of various interaction data - e.g. favouriting, opening or saving a stored document. The higher the interaction of the person who scanned the DLG-Mixie-Point, the higher the interest score.

Scan2Lead

You can get a test license here free of charge. You will then receive all information about the test license by email.

A free license is already included in your basic media entry. You can order additional licenses and hardware via the Exhibitor Service Portal - under "Service orders" > "Tickets, car park, lead tracking & visitor survey" > "Lead generation using Scan2Lead". Licenses can be ordered at any time before the fair. Hardware must be oredered by October 27, 2023.

You can pick up your oreded hardware at our service point in the Information Center (IC) in room 00.112.

Beginning of october we will send you a key for your free license via e-mail. If you so not get the e-mail, please contact us via contact@scan2lead.com

As soon as you book licenses in the Exhibitor Service Portal you will receive the license keys by email from our service provider Adventics. You will also receive a portal key for the Scan2Lead portal in a separate email.

No. A license can only be used on one device. If a license is to be used on another device, you must click on "Pass on license" in the settings. The license can then no longer be used on the device.

No. With your free license, you receive all leads including contact details directly in your Scan2Lead portal and can download them at no additional costs. Of course, this also applies to additionally booked licenses.

With the test license or your additionally booked licenses, you will also receive a portal key for the Scan2Lead portal by email. With this key you can log into the portal and manage your licenses / hardware, edit lead forms and download leads.

Your leads are available in the portal until January 7th, 2024.

Yes, if you order multiple licenses, you will receive a graduated discount. Information on the discount can be found in our Exhibitor Service Portal. The discounts cannot be combined with each other.

In the Scan2Lead portal you can adapt your lead form under "Lead form" according to your needs. Further information is available in the Scan2Lead-Center.

With the SMART license for mobile devices (smartphones and tablets) you can also scan business cards. A full overview of the functions can be found here.

With the SMART license, the scanned visitor data is temporarily stored locally and transferred to the Scan2Lead portal as soon as you are online again. You can use the "COLLECT" hand scanner completely offline. The data is stored on the device and manually transferred to the portal.

You can forward contacts directly from the Scan2Lead app ("SMART" license") by e-mail or other common messenger services.
