Exhibitor briefing

For all exhibitors who have requested an early set-up from the DLG Exhibition Management, please note the public holidays with restrictions for trucks >7.5t on Tuesday (31.10.23) in Lower Saxony as well as on Wednesday (01.11.23) in North Rhine-Westphalia, both from 0:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

If you plan to enter the exhibition grounds with a truck >7.5 t during these periods, you must apply for an exemption from the Sunday driving ban at the responsible road traffic authority.

On Saturday (11/18-23), the fairgrounds are expected to be open from 09:00 p.m. to midnight, but only for vehicles up to 7.5 tons. After that, an area closure will apply until 06:00 a.m. on Sunday (19.11.23) for all vehicles. Trucks>7,5 t are not allowed to enter on Saturday (18.11.23).

On Sunday (19.11.23), entry into the exhibition grounds is possible again from 06:00 a.m. Trucks > 7.5t will enter the exhibition grounds via the control center. For vehicles <3.5t the interim regulation (analogous to the set-up) applies, also on Monday (20.11.23) from 07:00 a.m. to approx. 6:00 p.m.

In agreement with the road traffic authorities, the Sunday driving ban will be lifted on Sunday (19.11.23) for the route from the truck collection point to / from the exhibition grounds. If you plan to continue your journey on Sunday, you must apply for an appropriate exemption from the relevant authorities.
