The Hanseatic City of Uelzen surrounded by heath landscape is characterised by half-timbered architecture and is famous for its railway station designed by Hundertwasser. The station conversion was the last work of the Viennese artist and architect Friedensreich Hundertwasser and was completed in the year 2000. Click here for further tourist information.
The train from Uelzen to the exhibition station Messebahnhof Laatzen takes about 50 minutes. From here the Skywalk gives you quick, easy and direct access to entrance West 1. For train times go to www.bahn.de.
