If your navigation system does not accept "Messegelände" (Exhibition Grounds), enter "Kronsbergstrasse" if you are travelling from the south and "Hermesallee" if you are travelling from the north. You can also enter "Messe" (fair) under special sites.

Deutsche Bahn (German rail) is offering special stops at Hannover Messe/ Laatzen (station directly at the exhibition grounds). You can look up the times of departure here. Alternatively you can travel by train to Hanover Central Station and then on to the Exhibition Grounds by tram line 8 up to Entrances Nord 1 and 2. (cf. "Getting there")

By tram line 8 or 18. It takes approx. 20 minutes up to Entrance Nord.

From the Messebahnhof Laatzen station take the "Skywalk", a covered bridge with moving walkway, to Entrance West 1.

A shuttle service is operated as required between the airport (Terminal C, bus is marked as Shuttle Bus) and the Exhibition Grounds, entrance West 1. The shuttle bus leaves for the Exhibition Grounds from 7.15 h to 16.00 h. The return from the Exhibition Grounds - entrance West 1 - runs from 8.15 h to 18.30 h. A single trip costs € 8.00, a round trip € 15.00. The transfer takes about half an hour in each direction.

No. Members only have free admission to the exhibition as of Monday (11 November), the second Preview Day.

As of Monday, 11 November, you have free admission to the exhibition on two days of your choice.

You can request a new DLG membership card up to two weeks before AGRITECHNICA from the membership service in Frankfurt, Tel.: 069 24788 205 or from mitgliederservice(at)dlg.org. A replacement membership card can be issued at the DLG information stand at every entrance to AGRITECHNICA.

Up to two weeks before the exhibition you can order the exhibition catalogue from DLG-Mitgliederservice, Tel.: 069 24 788-205 or by email from mitgliederservice(at)dlg.org. The catalogue is then sent to you. At the exhibition grounds you can collect the catalogue at any DLG information stand at the entrances and at the DLG Expert Center or at the stands of DLG-Verlag.

You can obtain the tickets from your desk at home using the Hometicketing-System, pay by credit card and print the tickets out yourself. However, you can also buy admission tickets at the ticket desks at every entrance, paying by cash, EC card or credit card.

Yes, the cash desks accept the standard credit cards such as VISA, Master or AMEX as well as EC cards.

On this day you need the Preview Days PLUS admission ticket which costs € 80.-. The ticket also allows admission on 13 and 14 November 2011.

Primarily for the agricultural machinery trade, the trade press and large-scale customers.

The Preview Days at AGRITECHNICA (13+14/11/2011) are intended primarily for agricultural machinery dealers, top investors and the trade press. The "Preview Days PLUS" admission ticket for the two Preview Days costs €80.- This admission ticket also allows bearers free admission on Tuesday, 15/11/2011.

A VIP or eVIP ticket grants visitors a reduction of €9.50 on the price of a "Preview Days PLUS" ticket. However a VIP or eVIP ticket does not allow free admission on either of the two Preview Days.

A VIP ticket gives you a reduction of 9.50 € on the price of the Preview Day PLUS ticket at the cash desk. The VIP ticket does not allow you any free admission on the Preview Days.

Children accompanied by adults have free admission to the exhibition up to their 8th birthday, on the Preview Days too. Children aged 8 and more pay the same price as students, € 12.-, at the cash desk, and on the Preview Days the full price.

There is an AGRITECHNICA child care service for children between the ages of 3 and 12 at the Convention Center (CC) on all the exhibition days.

You should always provide your child with an AGRITECHNICA-Kid key strap. If you loose sight of your child, this will help you to find it quickly again. There is a plastic folder on the key strap. You will be given a card to complete and insert in this. Note your child's name and your mobile phone number on the card and insert it in the plastic folder. There is also a tear-off strip on the card with the most important telephone numbers and information concerning children at AGRITECHNICA. This strip is for you. Please tear it off and keep it for emergencies. If your child gets lost in the flow of visitors you can contact our Child Hotline straight away. The Kid key strap is available free at the DLG stand at each entrance and at the AGRITECHNICA information stands in the halls.

You can visit the exhibition at a reduced entrance price of 12 € from 15 - 19/11/2011. The price of 80 € applies on the Preview Days (ticket valid for 13 -14/11/2011). Admission is generally free for one person accompanying a visitor in a wheelchair.

All toilets at the exhibition grounds have facilities for the disabled.

Wheelchairs - including electronic wheelchairs - can be borrowed for a day free of charge at the Sanitätsstelle (Paramedic Center). If required please register at the Sanitätsstelle of the Hanover Exhibition Grounds (Messe Hannover - Tel. +49(0)6924788259). Registration is possible at short notice. There is special transfer service that takes disabled persons from the car park to the Exhibition Grounds. If you wish to use this service please call the service directly (Tel. +49(0)511-8933903). The opening times for visitors are from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Exhibitors with an exhibitor season ticket or exhibitor day ticket have access to the grounds from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

No. Visitors are not allowed to bring animals into the exhibition grounds.

No, AGRITECHNICA is an exhibition solely for agricultural machinery (arable farming). Animals are shown at EuroTier, the DLG exhibition for animal husbandry and management (www.eurotier.de).
