The former residence of royalty, Celle, (about 40 km north-east of Hanover) is considered to be the southern gateway to the Lüneburg Heath and has a large, half-timbered old city area (with about 480 restored old buildings) and Celle Castle built in the Renaissance and Baroque style. Click here for further tourist information.

The train ride from Celle to the exhibition station Messebahnhof Laatzen only takes about half an hour. From here the Skywalk gives you quick, easy and direct access to entrance West 1. For train times go to www.bahn.de.
